We buy property in and around Leeds, and Wakefield. Professionally & ethically, we have been actively developing property for over 30 years.
We mainly focus on renovating old and tired residential family properties bringing them back to the market within a 3-6 month time frame.
Many of our investors joint venture with us allowing us collectively to buy property with cash. Additionally, we also offer an opportunity for existing home owners to joint venture with us so they also make a profit.
3 How does it work?
Investing your time and money into any asset is a personal experience. Therefore it's essential you understand what you are getting involved with and what kind of returns are available based on the level of money you are able to invest.
We offer 2 methods and they return very different levels of money and opportunity. The first is hands-free where your hard-earned money is invested alongside our money. We, therefore, give you a guaranteed cash return either monthly or at the end of a project. The other method is a much more hands-on investment where you get to see the project unfold and develop with a projected financial share of the END maturity of the project. There are more risks with this type of method, but often investors will go with it because they 'learn and earn' as the project progresses. Many also reinvest repeatedly - further increasing their returns.
